Opinions from Teresa, Real Estate Agent- JANUARY 2017

Still some buyers out there in the $200,000 to $400000 range.  Very few buyers in the $500,000 - $600,000 range and above.  Homeowners are still getting depressed prices for their homes.  There is a lot on the market.  Homes over $400,000 are harder to sell.  The market range for homes off the water seems to be $75,000 to $175,000.  Lots are starting to move some.  The realtors are still busy trying to get that sale but it is hard to make it all work and get the sellers what they want for their properties.  Let me be of help in finding you a great property that fits your budget and your criteria!  I am encouraged by the report listed below.

The year ended with a sales volume of nearly $38 billion. More positive indicators include increased numbers of transactions, rising median prices, and fewer days on the market.
